Things to do in Saint Martin

Beautiful beaches await in Saint Martin

Saint Martin is a small “collectivity” or overseas dependency of France that lies in the Caribbean Sea, just east of Puerto Rico.

The Collectivity of Saint Martin shares an island with Sint Maarten, a Dutch overseas territory. As a part of France, Saint Martin belongs to the European Union, and uses the Euro. It’s a popular place for Caribbean vacations, and if there is any information about the island in English, people are usually familiar with the two biggest towns, Marigot (the capital) and Orleans, on the east side of the island. About 35,000 people live in the French Collectivity of Saint Martin. This means the island is not too crowded, but still provides the pleasant feel of a cultured French provincial community.

Grand Case is one of Saint Martin’s more undiscovered locales. It features a resort in St. Martin, West Indies, Grand Case Beach Club.
